My hourly billing rate is $145 per hour. When I travel to your location there is a one hour minimum and travel time in one direction. Additional time and remote support is in 15 minute increments.
So for example if you are in Lafayette and http://maps.google.com says it takes 13 minutes from my location in Walnut Creek to your address then that would be your travel time charge. I prepare an invoice while on-site and payment is due upon receipt. I accept checks and am looking into credit card processing. Let me know using a credit card is important to your needs. There is no extra charge for the Mac HelpMate remote support software. Off-site research, phone and remote support is charged in 15 minute increments.
